166. China leads the way 

The US president, Donald Trump, has said in a Post: “Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING – TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!! Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have cancelled all meetings with Iranian Officials until the senseless killing of protesters STOPS. HELP IS ON ITS WAY. MIGA!!!”

Trump's exact meaning of “help is on its way” remains unclear.

Immediately in another Post, he said: “Effective immediately, any Country doing business with the Islamic Republic of Iran will pay a Tariff of 25% on any and all business being done with the United States of America.” According to the World Bank, over 140 countries trade with Iran.

Sanctions and tariffs, the two weapons Trump has, are now meaningless because countries no longer have any goodwill toward America. But no country is coming forward to take America head-on.

Meanwhile, China has acted swiftly and threatened to retaliate against Donald Trump’s plan to impose 25% tariffs on countries trading with Iran, aimed at punishing Tehran for its severe crackdown on the anti-regime protests.

Trump, who is currently assessing various military options against the Iranian regime, stated that the new tariffs would be implemented immediately.

China is Iran’s largest trading partner, buying 77% of its oil exports in 2024. Other countries that trade heavily with Iran are India, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and South Korea. India has not responded as it should so far. 

The Iranian authorities are responding with a harsh crackdown, including mass arrests, internet blackouts, and public warnings that participation in the demonstrations could result in the death penalty.

Human rights activists in Iran reported that at least 2,000 people have been killed, including 135 government-linked individuals.

As a new video is circulating, it is officially clear that the United States and Israel are behind this unrest and violence in Iran, and that Mossad is guiding the masses.

If we set aside the American madman’s histrionics, I feel that we are now witnessing the final days and weeks of the present Iranian regime. 

After all, how long can the government maintain power through violence?

Still, the way Trump is threatening the world, his days seem numbered.
